"People-oriented", facing all students and promoting the overall development of students, is the pursuit goal of education and is also the guiding ideology of educational reform nowadays. How to guide students to correct learning attitude, cultivate their interest in learning history and promote the all-round development of students, is worth every history teacher thinking and researching problems. Layered teaching method is precisely one of the effective channels of exploring traditional exam-oriented education transformed by modern quality education, exam-oriented education running mechanism replaced by quality education running mechanism. Layered teaching is one of the hot spots concerned by basic education teaching practice in contemporary China It is personalized teaching under the guidance of personalized teaching thought, within the framework of class teaching system. Based on the differences between students, appropriate and scientific teaching methods and tactics are chosen in order to realize the aim of making students' overall promotion. Layered teaching method is aimed to explore a set of practical and feasible layering teaching scheme in senior high school history teaching, to improve the effectiveness of senior high school history teaching and improve the quality of senior high school history classroom teaching. Its effective implementation fully makes up the deficiencies of the traditional class teaching system and plays an effect of "optimization" in classroom teaching.Based on analysis of layered teaching method's connotation and theoretical basis, classroom research was done by taking Suixian Senior High School as an example. Some shortcomings were found in the practice process of using layered teaching method in senior high school history teaching. Reasons were analyzed and methods of solving problems were given, and then the general strategy of effective use layered teaching method in senior high school history classroom teaching practice activity was summarized. This article was divided into five parts. The first part, introduction. The topics of this study cause, purpose and meaning were discussed. Research overview was analyzed. Research methods and innovations were proposed. The second part, combining previous explanation for teaching method, the connotation of layered teaching method was summarized and theoretical basis of layered teaching method in pedagogy and psychology was analyzed. This was the theoretical support in paper. The third part, take Suixian Senior High School as an example, the application situation of layered teaching method in senior high school history classroom teaching was surveyed. Basic situation of investigation was explained and investigation results was analyzed. Problems of layered teaching method in the process of using in senior high school history classroom were found and then reasons of causing problems were analyzed from several aspects. The fourth part, combining with the shortcomings of layered teaching method in the process of application in senior high school history classroom, the observable general strategy of layered teaching method effective application in senior high school history classroom. The fifth part, conclusion. The contents and train of thought were combed and summarized. Deficiencies of this paper studies were pointed out and the next research direction was given.
