Along with the development of The Times,life is closely related to life science,biological science literacy is not only the development of a discipline,and the need to cultivate the ability of students to step into society.In the process of cultivation and improve,evaluate students’ biological science literacy has a guiding role.PISA as international authoritative scientific literacy assessment project,both the complete and efficient and fair assessment system,in domestic has considerable influence,this study choose the program for international student assessment(PISA)is closely related to the biology test,in henan province,part of the middle school of biological science literacy investigation and study,with reference to six ability level of PISA scientific literacy level of students’ biological science literacy level and the influencing factors were analyzed.The content covers the test paper content knowledge,procedural knowledge and cognitive knowledge,including immune cells,infectious disease prevention,extremely,biodiversity,bacteria,virus,antibiotics,photosynthesis,animal behavior,the body’s respiratory system,biological evolution,heredity and mutation,etc.,covers more than 80% of high school biology textbooks.Papers issued 500,effective recovery of 460,the effective recovery of 92% provides data support for research.Through test and data analysis of the highest level 6 levels of the students is about 9.78%,the lowest level grade 1 students at about 4.89%.The choice of the full mark rate is over 60%,basic type choice out rate is floating,question the full mark rate of over 50%,for the difference between questions and the difficulty of the students’ performance is different.On the whole level of the ability of most of the students in grade 4 or above,able to identify complex scientific circumstances and make certain explanationaccording to the evidence.A few students’ biological science literacy level needs to improve.Influence factors on different genders of students did not show a significantly difference in testing,performance in question,the girl has more advantage in identifying scientific issues,some boys to scientific explanation a slight advantage.On the school level,school type and significantly correlated to the students’ biological science literacy,school conditions,the better,the students showed higher biological science literacy.Thus in the process of biology teaching,should strengthen the students’ learning attitude and interest for cultivation,strengthen the students’ learning beliefs,convert their passive learning into active learning,the teaching material content and layout in the form of diversification,the diversification of teaching resources,create more communication opportunities between students,improve the learning efficiency.To perfect the evaluation system,optimize the training plan.
