The School Team-learning Management Strategy And Practice Research Based On The Goal Orientation

With the advent of Internet era, the way of obtaining knowledge, speed, and capacity are changing, Individual learning is unable to adapt to the pace of social change, can't meet the needs of social work. The nature and characteristics of vocational education makes it contact with the society directly, and it needs to adapt to the changes in society and in job requirements, Therefore, the vocational education teachers should be higher request in professional quality. Team learning becoming necessary to improve the professional quality of teacher. They are facing the social change with the help of team. Influenced by many factors in reality, there exist certain different degree of deviation in the actual effect and potential of team learning. To eliminate the deviation, playing to the potential of team learning, enhancing the learning effectiveness, team-oriented, team-learning management are the issues to be considered. This study is based on the vocational school, studying the strategy problem of the school team management with goal orientation.This study adopts literature method, survey method, experimental method, through the research of the school team learning, its management theory, the research of the school team learning and management problems, analyzing the causes of the school team learning management, putting forward the school team learning management strategy and verifying the practice. The result shows that the team learning management strategies, such as the team learning management strategies which based on the gold orientation of the educational research group, the management strategies oriented on enhancing teachers' ability, the team sharing, the learning communication platform application strategy which oriented on the cultivation of teamwork skills, the team culture construction strategies which oriented on the cultivation of group cohesion are Effective in promoting team learning capability...
