Research On The International Strategy Of Specialized Universities In China

Since the world has entered the new century, with the rapid development of China's economic society, the society also puts forward higher requirements for higher education. As trans-regional, trans-national and trans-culture communication and cooperation, the internationalization of universities has been paid more and more attention by all the universities and the whole society. As the main force of our higher education, the internationalization degree of specialized universities has become an important standard to evaluate the competitive strength of universities. Developing an effective and reasonable internationalization developing strategy has become the key target of long-term development of specialized universities. Research on the internationalization developing strategy of specialized universities has important theoretical meaning and practical values for the improvement of training quality and international influential power of specialized universities.By analyzing the internationalization developing status of Tianjin Agricultural University systematically and survey, in-depth interview and literature review, this paper has researched its internationalization developing strategy on the basis of research on the internationalization developing theories of relative and specialized universities home and abroad. By descriptive statistical analysis, the paper summarizes the current problems of internationalization developing strategy of Tianjin Agricultural University:its series of policies, evaluation and implement should be strengthened; its awareness of internationalization should be heightened; its form and level of internationalization should be improved. And the paper also analyzes the causes of this series of problems. It analyzes the series of problems from the identification, formulation and communication of internationalization development and puts forward the internationalization developing strategy which suits the practical situation of Tianjin Agricultural University.The current internationalization developing strategy of specialized universities has impacted the internationalization development due to the lack of effective systems and management mode.This paper hopes to provide a valuable reference to the establishment of reliable, effective and long-term internationalization developing strategy of specialized universities.
