On People-oriented Management Strategies Of Secondary Vocational Students

Humanist is the essence and core of scientific developing theory. To set up and carry out scientific developing theory steadily, we must pass "people-oriented" idea through each aspect of the student supervisory work in secondary vocational school. It is an important symbol with administration horizontal height of each school. It also decides the comprehensive level of school and the quality height of students.Along the widely opened policy of enrolling new students in secondary vocational school, it is much difficult to meet the development situation need with traditional student supervisory work management idea, management method and the management system. The main problem existing in traditional student management neglects student' s individual need and development need, neglects student' s main body status and the emotion relation. By carrying out management with people-oriented , reforming management system and methods and strengthening the full-time class instructor troop construction, can we solve this problem, thus creating a good developing environment for the students .This article may be divided into four parts. The first part is about introduction. The second part is about student management problems which exist. The third part is about the analyses of the problems. The last part is about the methods of the problems.
