The Research Of Cultivation Of Legal Thinking Of College Students

From the eighteenth big report put forward "improve the leading cadres' ability by the rule of law thinking and way of the rule of law to deepen reform, promote the development, solve contradiction, maintain stability", to the third plenary session of the 18 announce "insist on governance according to law, strengthen the rule of law guarantee, using rule of law thinking and way of the rule of law to resolve social conflicts", the rule of law thinking has become a hot topic in the social from all walks of life to discuss. Today, in carrying out the concept of the rule of law, countries should not only consider the leading cadres of the rule of law thinking, still need through the boom,the rule of law thinking for college students to give more attention. College students' thinking under the rule of law, is the concrete embodiment of college students' legal quality, is the new target of law education in colleges and universities. To improve college students' thought of rule of law, is helpful to realize the all-round development of college students' personal, to improve the consciousness of college students, family harmony and social stability and also has an important positive significance.This thesis firstly expounds the connotation of the rule of law thinking, characteristics, and comparing with other legal concept of the rule of law thought, through the understanding of the rule of law thinking, further expounds connotation and characteristics of college students' thought of rule of law, thus defining the rule of law thinking for college students, this paper discusses the basic requirement and the necessity to strengthen college students t of the rule of law thinking. Secondly, through questionnaire investigation and discussion on form, analyzes the current situation of college students under the rule of law thinking, to sort out data summarized existing problems, and further analysis the cause of the problem. Finally, under the time background of the mainstream values, articulate the strengthening college students in the guiding ideology and basic principle of the rule of law thinking, to the socialist core values and guided by socialist law government idea, from the aspects of society, college, family and college students themselves, to explore effective ways and countermeasures of the rule of law thinking cultivation to university students.
