Research On National Unity Education Present Situation And The Countermeasures On Colleges And Universities In Inner Mongolia

China is the united multi-ethnic socialist country, national unity which is always the related element to national stability, economic development and social prosperity.In recent years, our cuntry's development is facing with new challenges which including the economic globalization, network information and the trend of world nationalism. Due to domestic complex and geographical distribution of population, present situation where the frontier minority areas with lagging economic development, therefore, coordinated regional development gap and guarantee the national stability is becaming more important.College students as a special social group which is an important force in maintaining social stability and national unity, they should undertake the historical mission with building the socialist cause.College students in national regions whose talent and intelligence are becoming more important on economy development in the ethnic minority areas. Pay more attention to college students'national unity education which is becoming one of the important tasks in central party committee and government as well as higher institutions.This article use the literature material method, questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics research method to make current situation and measures study on the college students in Inner Mongolia national unity education. Through unremitting efforts, the universities in autonomous region have achieved some results in the aspect of students' national unity education. From government cadres and the communist youth league cadres to the ideological and political theory course teachers, from the teacher in charge and the counselor to service personnel in universities are generally attach great attention to the national unity education of college students.The awareness of college students' national unity are enhanced gradually; In the process of contacting with other ethnic students shows a strong will to communicate with others. College offers various channels with a variety of colorful activities to encourage students participate in it to learn something about national unity education. Meanwhile, universities' unity education are still faced the indispensable exiseted problems, such as national unity education goals need to be refined, lacking new contents education method, educational contents are need to be innovatived, improve educational effect and so on. Through the analysis of the experiences and problems, we put forward the following measures and suggestions. To clear contemporary college students' national unity education goal, to promote the regional and timeliness education content,to innovate national unity education teaching method, to make combination between network teaching and traditional classroom, to build new education main position, to make the second classroom and the first class as complement for each other,to create good learning atmosphere.
