With China’s sustained and rapid economic development, people’s income levels continue to improve, and industrial upgrading and technological progress of human capital requirements, national and social investment in education continues to improve, we can’t let the children lose at the starting line, and "hope children will have a bright future" is the common aspiration of the majority of parents.With the needs of the education market, education institutions and resources began to diversify, from primary and secondary school textbooks to a variety of knowledge and skills training, a variety of educational institutions came into being. Small school extracurricular counselling training institutions has gradually developed into a an important part of school education system and to maintain the trend of rapid development, how to gain more market share in this fierce competition market by more excellent marketing strategy is a severe test in general for all kinds of training institutions at present. The aim of this paper is to study the development strategy of the primary and secondary school education counseling agencies, so it’s has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, this paper expounded and summarized the existing research comprehensively from the connotation and significance of education and the development strategy of educational guidance institutions. Secondly, this paper introduces the related theory of enterprise strategy management, and analyzes its concept, characteristics, the process of strategic management and the task of management. Thirdly, we construct the theoretical analysis framework of the development strategy of the primary and secondary school education according to the strategic development of three classical analysis tools: PEST, Porter Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis. Fourthly, this article will further expand the theoretical analysis to the practical analysis by taking the example of Dongguan City X education and training institution. After introducing the situation and the development status of X education and training institution in Dongguan City, according to PEST analysis,Potter five forces model and SWOT analysis tools of strategic analysis, this article has thoroughly analyzed the macro environment of Dongguan City X education and training institution are currently facing, including the policy and legal environment,economic environment, social environment and technical environment, and analyzes the Dongguan city X education and training institution in the industry environment from competitors, customers and suppliers, give a comprehensive analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Dongguan City X education and training institution. Finally, based on the analysis of the above strategy, this paper put forward the most suitable development goals, development of ideas and development strategy for Dongguan X education and training institution, and in the light of the development strategy of X education and training institution in Dongguan, we puts forward the corresponding security measures from four aspects: management system,business development, corporate culture and enterprise funds.Compared with the existing literature, the innovation of this paper lies in:(1)proposed a framework to analyze development strategy of education for primary and secondary school counseling agencies, including four aspects: the external macro competition environment analysis, internal development and core competitive advantages of resources, the future development opportunities and challenges;(2) the Dongguan X training institution’s development strategy is to consolidate and develop the existing primary and secondary counseling courses, focusing on the development training business of studying abroad, and actively expand the market share of high-end training, raises its strategic choice is brand strategy, centralized growth strategy and the differentiation focus strategy;(3) using the real case development process in Dongguan city X training institution, this training institution can represent the other small and medium-sized institutions in the education and training industry,which can make the research conclusions of this case have universal value. |
