The Research On The Compiling School Moral Education Planning Through Participation

School Development Planning(SDP)as a kind of brand-new education management concept,management mode and management tool,can effectively improve and enhance the efficiency of school management and teaching quality.It is the only way for the schools seeking personalized development and it has been widely used around the world.School moral education planning is one of the most important parts of school development planning.Which attracts more and more attention.Strengthening morality education to enhance and foster talents,moral education comes first.The good planning of moral education plays an important role in promoting the development of school.This paper mainly carries out research on the compiling school moral education planning under the guidance of the participatory development planning theory,internal motive development theory and school-based management theory,and relies on the practice investigation materials of Chaoyang Middle School to explain the connotation,value and principle.It includes the following steps:(1)to discuss the development environment of moral education of Chaoyang Middle School based on the SWOT analysis of school and moral education background.(2)to analyze planning content from the seven aspects of identifying guiding ideology,establishment of relevant institution,clearing strategic goal,clarifying the basic idea,determining the moral education task,analysis of formulating step,reinforcing,support system;(3)to explain the planning text of moral education of Chaoyang Middle School;(4)to put forward several suggestions about how to change the idea of participatory in moral education planning;how the principal play his role in formulating school moral education;how to strengthen the dominant role of the teaching staff;how to structure a trinity stereoscopic education network among the family,the school and the society;how to fully executive the planning.
