The Strategies Of China Government To Promote The Development Of Social Work Professionals

In building a harmonious society and governance modernization background,the government has given a lot of attention in social work.Since 2006,under the government's support and guidance,the social work developing very fast,and social work professionals quickly formed.After decades of development,social work professionals encountered a bottleneck of the development,shortcomings and deficiencies has become increasingly evident.Social work professionals in order to play its important role in building a harmonious society and realize the modernization of management,the government needs to adopt policies to promote the development of social work professionals.By studying the previous literature,there are many researches on the present situation and the problems of social work professionals,but from the perspective of government to studying the strategies to promote the development of social work professionals almost none.Therefore,studying the strategies that our government can adopt to promoting the development of social work professionals,have a great significance in enriching the study of social work professionals and promoting the construction of professional social work talent team.Around social work professionals,through the questionnaire and case interview to investigate the frontline social workers in several provinces in China,and then analysis the survey data by SPSS,and consolidate the recording interviews.Through the data analysis,it is concluded that the current development of China's social work professionals are faced with the four main problem: low social identity,public trust is not high;Total talent shortage,structural imbalance;Human resource system is not perfect,the career development space small;Government intervention is more,social work agency's security administration tendency is obvious.To solve the four big problems in the development of the social work professionals in China,from the perspective of the government,the strategy is that the governmentshould coordinate with social organizations for promoting the development of the social work professionals.
