It is referred in Chinese Curriculum Standards of Regular Senior High School that "as guiders and organizers of activities, teachers should be carefully study of curriculum standard, research their own teaching object, according to the course objectives and learning, give full play to the initiative, creative use of textbooks and other relevant data." which defines that the Chinese teacher needs to use teaching materials creatively to contributes to students" overall development based on curriculum standard. This shows the necessity of "developing" teaching materials by Chinese teacher. However, in actual teaching, the teacher "teaches textbooks" as usual, which seriously hinders students" ability of learning and using Chinese. Therefore, with the research objects of situation of Chinese teacher using textbooks, the paper is expected to explore "redevelopment" methods for teaching materials.At first, the paper takes an organization of literature review for study status about "redevelopment" of textbook in recent y ears, building theoretical basis for teaching, such as Chinese I anguage teaching, language teaching material, teaching content, high school language curriculum standard. Combining methods of interviews, classroom observation and objects collection to s urvey problems occurred in teaching process of Chinese teache r in senior high school to reflect status of Chinese textbooks b y Chinese teacher in practice. Through investigation and study, found that the teachers in the choice and establishment of tea ching content exist the following problems:relying too much on teaching materials, "single article" isolated teaching,don't conf orm to the requirements of the curriculum teaching target, teac hing content regardless of learning situation and on the base of score,teaching content is the same,"ignoring-stylistic-features " works and inadequate material usage. Therefore, the language teacher in the teaching material of "development" exist the fol lowing problems:teachers ignores integrity of Chinese teaching materials and use of teaching resources,the teaching aim of s etting is not reasonable and lacks ability of analyzing texts.Combining part of outstanding courses and characteristics of high-school Chinese textbook of People Education Edition, the paper poses the following four countermeasures aimed at the above problems,which refers that the teacher needs to lay emphasis on integrity of teaching materials; reasonably define teaching goals and teaching direction; independently study texts to deepen teaching contents; and expand visions to develop other teaching resources. These countermeasures are proposed to help Chinese teachers "use" textbooks in practice to realize its value for larger space of students'learning and development.
