The implementation of the new curriculum process, school-based teaching and research to promote the professional growth of teachers,promote the school and development of the subject has an incomparable role and is becoming more and more discipline specific, geography is no exception,at present, Dongsheng District geography school-based teaching and research has become the leader in Ordos City Geography science, but is still not perfect, in geography school-based teaching and research practice, many problems are exposed. The Dongsheng District 11 junior high school as the research object, using literature research method, questionnaire survey method and interview method, more accurate understanding of Dongsheng District geography school-based research present situation, through the analysis of the status quo, find geography of the implementation of school-based teaching and in the process of facing the main problems and the causes, and according to these problems proposed the implementation of effective measures of geography school-based teaching and research.This thesis consists of six parts.In the first part, the question is put forward. This paper describes the background and significance of this study.The second part, research summary. This paper summarizes the concept,main features, basic concepts, main forms of school-based teaching research,and combined with school-based teaching and research, to make a study on the school-based teaching and research. In this part, the current research situation at home and abroad is mainly explained.The third part, research ideas and research methods. 11 junior middle school in Dongsheng District of Ordos City was chosen as the research object.Through the method of questionnaire and interview, the teaching principal,the director of the teaching department and the geography teachers were investigated.The fourth part, the current situation of geography teaching and research in junior high school in Dongsheng district. Through visits, questionnaire survey, access to information, in the form of Dongsheng District geography school-based teaching and research is accurate know Dongsheng District geography school-based research present situation, and from the level of the school to see geography school-based teaching and research, middle-level leaders see geography school-based teaching and research are geography teachers at school of Geography in the teaching and research three aspects to carry on the elaboration.The fifth part, the problems and causes of the geography teaching and research in Junior High School of Dongsheng district. Through the analysis of the status quo, Dongsheng District junior high school geography school-based teaching and research are geography teachers of geography school-based teaching and research levels of understanding of shallow, geography teacher in geography school-based teaching and research attitude is not correct,geography teachers of geography school-based teaching and research activities in the energy investment insufficiency, geography school-based teaching and research funding investment is insufficient, the middle school geography school-based teaching and research to carry out high frequency,but research content and form a single and geography school-based teaching research mechanism is not perfect and so on.The sixth part, the Dongsheng District junior high school geography school-based teaching and research improvement strategy. In view of the existing problems, puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems of school-based teaching and research. Mainly has: stimulating geographical teachers in geography school-based teaching and research in active to help teachers renewed career passion, to overcome job burnout, to provide adequate funding and material support, and constantly improve the school-based teaching research system and mechanism construction, to be improved...
