Recent years, the education in China is transforming from‘exam-oriented education' to ‘quality-oriented education', which is very important. in the whole, this situation develops steadily and is complete gradually. but there are also many problems to deal with. such as,teachers focus more on accepting, mastering, as well as the developing of skill of understanding than the experience and inspiration of students inner heart. teachers pay less attention to the students' emotional and mental world, which makes the moral education go far away the right way. Secondly, junior school students are in the important period of forming process of value. So they need the effective help and guidance.Thirdly, ‘quality-oriented education' put forward new demand to the Ideological and political lessons in junior high school. In this class,people emphasize: the development of students should be a wide field.including knowledge, motion, attitude of life, under this background, The sketch of innovation in basic education was issued in2001, it puts knowledge, skill, emotions, attitude, values in the same level for the first time.So emotional education become an important part in the Ideological and political lessons.Firstly, the article introduced the concept of emotional education,discussed the implementation of emotional education of Ideological and political lessons in middle school on the studying of claim of‘quality-oriented education', The theory of humanism learning and psychology of emotional. It is very important for improving the comprehensive abilities, promoting students well-developed both in mind and body.How to implement the emotional education of the Ideological and political lessons in middle school? Firstly,the second part in the article analyzed the aim of emotional education and main content in Ideological and political lessons of each grade. Then discussed process of emotional education implementation from beginning to ending of classroom teaching.meanwhile teachers should change their idea to build a good relationship with students, second they should make full use of teaching material with proper method, find the emotion of something,especially pay attention to the art and practice.The third part is the interpretation of result of the use of emotional education. this part talks about there are also many problems in school politics class. The implementation of emotional education is still in the embryonic stage. such as the understanding is not thorough, the lack of emotion and so on, as for these problems, this part offered some supplementary measures and put forward the new look for the future about the implementation of emotional education in junior middle school.
