In this study, through understanding moral education situation of teachers and students from rural primary school, in the light of the problems of weak effectiveness existing in school moral education at the present time, the author try to develop a school-based curriculum of filial piety, and make it as the core curriculum of moral education school-based curriculum system, and it plays the role in three aspects. The first aspect, through the filial piety curriculum to supplement the shortage of school moral education, is inspiring the students’ morality and promoting the improvement of students’ morality; The second aspect is inspiring teachers self awareness and self training through course content, forming teaching benefits teachers as well as students. Teachers are also being taught and teaching content is very important; The third aspect is the change of school culture through the change of interaction between teachers and students.In this study, the author mainly adopts the method of action research in the process of action research, choosing a class using the experimental method, through the comparative analysis before and after test, supplemented by observation and interview method. First of all, by the method of questionnaire, the primary school grade four, five, six students were stratified sampling survey, as a preliminary understanding of the situation of high grade students in elementary school. After data analysis by SPSS software, it concludes that the fourth to the sixth grade students in the overall situation of filial piety. The situation of "Respecting parents" is the best among them, the situation of "Supporting parents" is better, the situation of "Obedience to parents" is not good enough. In the aspect of "Supporting parents", the sixth grade is significantly better than fifth grade; The aspects of "Respecting parents" and "Obedience to parents", grades four and six were significantly better than grade five. In addition, the level of the girls’filial piety was significantly higher than that of boys. In particular, the aspects of "Supporting parents" and "Obedience to parents" are significantly better than boys. From the situation of the family and one-child family, there is no significant difference between the students in "Supporting parents", "Respecting parents" and "Obedience to parents"The study found that students have different degrees of change in three aspects of "Supporting parents", "Respecting parents" and "Obedience to parents". With deepening of students’ filial morality cognition and emotional change, volition has been enhanced, acts of filial piety to parents and teachers has increased. In the experiment, dramatic performance is an effective way to carry out the education of filial piety. In the development of school based curriculum of filial piety, the teacher’s mind has grew, and if we continue to carry out this kind of moral education courses, it will promote the change of teachers and students, and promote the school culture.
