Basic education quality depends on the quality of teacher education,the cultivation of high-quality teachers beginning good pre-service education.Pre-service education for students of teachers' professional development in the future in the knowledge,emotion,will and ability,and has laid a solid foundation.Teacher education reform in teachers' professional development has become an international trend.Education practice curriculum is an important way to converts education theory into education practice wisdom for normal school student,which is beneficial to teachers' professional development.This paper in national universities to explore the reform of teacher education model and focus on pre-service teacher education against the background of developing practice ability of students,with teachers' practical intelligence,collaborative innovation,integration of teacher education as the theoretical foundation,found that UGS mechanism under the pre-service teacher education practice curriculum construction for the development of teacher education practice the value and significance of wisdom.Through literature review,it is concluded that UGS mechanism in our country under the present situation of the pre-service teacher education practice curriculum;Using the questionnaire method and interview method to Minnan normal university study pre-service teacher education practice curriculum,found it under the mechanism of UGS pre-service teacher education practice curriculum(curriculum goal,curriculum content,process arrangement)and implementation(subject of curriculum implementation,curriculum implementation,curriculum implementation safeguard),as well as the problem,problem is analyzed on the reasons and puts forward some countermeasures for improvement.‘University-Government-School'cooperation in teacher education has become a new way of thinking for many colleges and universities reform in China,based on UGS platform,on the one hand can create close to the foundation education reality of teacher education curriculum;On the other hand can use UGS platform,to achieve the cooperation of colleges and universities and primary and secondary schools,thegovernment macroeconomic regulation and control to solve the problem such as normal practice.The UGS to cultivate students' cooperation mechanisms of pre-service teacher education practice curriculum setting and implementation with a full range of the promotion: from the point of curriculum standards,can determine the education practice preparation,experience and research the whole course of education practice curriculum standard;From the perspective of the selection of curriculum content,use a cooperation platform for colleges and universities and primary and secondary schools,select close to the practice of primary and secondary school education teaching curriculum content;From the point of view of course arrangement,internal and external field can be used alternately,concentration and dispersion training,theory course and practice course with methods such as arrange the course;From the point of curriculum evaluation,can realize multiple subject in colleges and universities,government,primary and secondary schools to participate in the diversification of evaluation way;From the point of curriculum implementation safeguard,UGS platform can in such aspects as manpower,money,material resources and mechanisms for the implementation of pre-service teacher education practice curriculum provides care and support.
