Teaching skills refers to teaching behaviors that can contribute to study, which is activated by teachers in classroom teaching according to the certain teaching objectives, teaching objects, and teaching resources, based on the relative educational theories. Teaching skill is the technical intermediary that makes educational theories the teachers have obtained turned to the teaching practices. In order to successfully achieve the teaching objectives and reach an expected teaching effects, the teachers have to take teaching skills seriously. In addition, faced with the heavy pressure of the age requirements, the course reformation is being carried out in a prosperous manner. As the implementer of the course reformation, the teachers have to master skilled teaching abilities to make this activity more successfully.High-quality lessons teaching is a teaching realm that every teacher strives to obtain, and the essence of high-quality lessons is closely related to the teacher's firm professional knowledge and skilled teaching skills.Consequently, the present author takes the 17 th class of the 17 th High School Biological High-Quality Lessons Appraisal in Shandong Province as a sample. The present study takes the “Learner-centered teaching concept”, “optimization of teaching process”, “system theory” as theoretical principle, and analyzes all of these samples from four skill dimensions, that's, introduction, question, explanation, and conclusion, in order to conclude some essences of the biological teaching ideas and teaching process, expecting to provide some suggestions for the normal students who are going to engage in the work and those front-line teachers. The thesis consists of four parts:The first chapter introduces the origin of the question, the importance of studying teaching skills, a review of the former studies concerning teaching skills home and abroad, and the relevant study methods, among which the classroom observation method and documents analysis method are the most important ones.Chapter two presents the relevant theories of the present study, including the definition of teaching skills and high-quality lessons, and the relevant educational and teaching theories. Chapter three analyzes all of the examples from four dimensions: introduction, question, explanation, and conclusion. Chapter four concludes the enlightenment to the everyday teaching activities based on the former analyses, including the suggestions on teaching ideas and teaching process. As to teaching ideas, the teachers should pay equal attention to both the scientific quality and artistic quality of teaching.During the teaching process, the present author provides some suggestions: the introduction of the class should be rigorous, concise, and attractive; as to the question, the teacher are expected to give more free time to the students and let them think adequately, besides, the teacher should try to deal with the student's mistakes in a proper way, and try to play the role of a guide instead of the master of the class. As to the explanation, it is important for the teacher to relate the classroom teaching to the everyday life, so as to involve the students into the teaching activity and lead them to think critically; as to the conclusion part, the teachers are expected to flexibly choose different ways instead of relying on just one fixed way too much. The last part is the conclusion of the whole study. The study of teaching skills should combine the theory and the practice.In addition, both the scientific quality and the artistic quality of the appliance of teaching skills should be concerned.
