Share,Equality and Participation is the destination for the disabled people to adapt to the social life.To accept education for the disabled is the important way to realize this ideal,and development of disabilities higher education is the needs of the development of the whole society,which is the embodiment of the humanitarian spirit and the respect for the equal education opportunity.Carried out by using modern computer and network communication technology,distance higher education better able to circumvent the disabled receive higher education in the actual physical and psychological problems.It will effectively improve the enrollment rate of higher education stage of persons with disabilities,improve the level of education of disabled persons and their own quality,improve the employment of disabled persons and living conditions.In order to research the relationship between vocational values,self-efficacy and employment ability of the disabled who join in distance education,the thesis base on the concepts of the three in above and the study of home and abroad.using the method of correlation analysis and regression analysis this paper deals with the relationship between the three.The results show that the disabled distance learners vocational values,self-efficacy,and employment ability at low leve ls,which been influenced by demographic characteristics such as age,professional and student nationalities,disability,and degree of disability and Computer use skills,the distance learning experience factors.In addition,the distance learners vocatio nal values have obvious positive effects on employability,self-efficacy play an intermediary role in the effect.The research results show that the overall evaluation of the vocational values of people with disabilities is higher,in the professional ps ychological tendency,more attention to the status of the status of the factor,followed by health factors,the last is self development.Among the individual differences,the differences between the professional values of the distance learners of the disabled,Age,disability status and disability degree,the professional value of the disabled persons with greater impact.The distance learning self-efficacy of the distance learning between the disabled people is very different,and the overall level is low.Girls learning self efficacy is higher than boys.Disability status has a greater impact on the effectiveness of distance learning,and the demographic characteristics of the professional,the source of students,working years,and so on.Skills,proficiency in computer operation,there is no network learning experience will have the effect of the distance learning effectiveness of people with disabilities.The employment ability of the disabled distance learners is lower than that of the students,and there is a big difference among the students.Demographic characteristics of age,disability status,professional,and the source of the students have the influence on the employment of the disabled distance learners.The occupational values of the people of the distance learning of the people with disabilities have a significant positive impact on the sense of self efficacy in the professional values of the impact on the employment ability of the intermediary role played a part.This shows that establishing a good occupational value can enhance the ability of the disabled distance learners to improve their ability to improve their employment ability.From the perspective of improving vocational values and distance learning self-efficacy,the paper puts forward suggestions for improving vocational values of disabled persons from three dimensions: national society,school education and family.The suggestions are as follows: increasing successful experience;building a harmonious learning environment;choosing and designing appropriate learning resources.
