Self-esteem is a judgment of self-value in the attitude of a person, and it is a positive emotional experience of the individual in the process of social comparison. People’s self-esteem based on self-evaluation. The difference between true self and ideal self- determines the level of self-esteem, the more close to the ideal self, the higher the level of self-esteem, and the lower the level of self-esteem. Importance of high self-esteem in human development is very obvious, but in teaching practice, I also found some level of self-esteem is high students free to interrupt others, arrogant, interpersonal tension, attack, the feel anger. Self-efficacy is an important lever to improve self-esteem. Self- efficacy sense is to people on their own whether to successfully for an activity and achieved success of subjective judgment and confidence or faith that people needed to reach their goal in some special domain, in simple terms is the individual on their own to achieve success of faith, "I can do it". The promoting effect of self-efficacy on self-esteem is obvious. If students are confident that they can cope with all kinds of problems in the course of study, he will have a positive attitude and a strong motivation to learn. With difficult to solve, the self-esteem of students increases; on the contrary, when he thinks learning for him is a difficult to complete the task, and have nothing to do with learning too much expected, his self-efficacy is low. In learning difficulties encountered in the process, he’ll back down, escape, even under the help of others to complete the task, he also don’t think is his merits, self-esteem can’t get a promotion. To evaluate a student’s success, a very important aspect is the student’s academic achievement. Standardized test is the most widely used method in the evaluation of students’ academic achievement. Commonly used to assess the results of the students have the original score, grade score, standard score, where the standard score than the original score and the percent to convey more information. Students can not only know the actual results, but also know that each student in the group to participate in the examination of the location of the group. Therefore, the aim of this study was to understand the level of self-esteem, Self-efficacy Sense of influence on primary school students’ academic achievement and their interaction mechanism, for teacher education, teaching, and students management provide powerful basis and effective method for reference. This study used a questionnaire survey of 386 primary school students, the results showed that:Level of self-esteem and self-efficacy between mutual promotion effect is not obvious, between self-efficacy and the total score of the role is not significant; in under the control of the academic achievements of other influence factors, the change in the students’ self-efficacy can affect students’ academic achievement. Results 1: there are significant differences in self-esteem and self-efficacy scores of girls and boys, girls are higher than boys, there are also differences between grades.
