| As an innovational project of a school-running mechanism and school-running model of undergraduate and technical college education level of regular higher education, the independent college is an important means of extending higher schools scale and higher education resource and an institution of enterprise-run education aiming at profits. Since our country has allowed the establishment of independent colleges in 1999, school-running model has gained a rapid development. How to improve the school-running qualification of the education service quality of independent colleges is a very important project for the independent college management level.Through examining the education service quality situation in our independent colleges and the improved design which has been collected, I take WKD City College as an example to analyze the main problem in the education service quality under the instruction of QFD theory and put the QFD theory into application in the optimizing design of the education service quality of WKD City College. The research shows that if we want to improve the education service quality of the independent colleges, first we should make clear the schools' orientation and determine the school-running characteristics. Second, considering the social needs, we should initiatively adjust the major setting and reform the existing talent cultivating plan and adopt flexible teaching management models, and keep a teaching and management staff group with strong political quality, reasonable structure, exquisite profession and stable staffs. This thesis tries to analyze the students' need of education service quality at multiple levels by adopting the advanced QFD theory and switch(transform) into the solutions affecting every aspect of the education service quality. In consideration of the problems which most of the independent colleges are equally facing, the research of the thesis has a positive practical significance. |
