Moral education is the stage of convergence in the process of moral education,as the primary school, middle school moral education, university is the whole process of moral education, each stage of moral education are interrelated, and hand in hand,reciprocal causation and development. The goal of moral education and moral education have different tasks in primary and secondary schools, college moral education should be based on the law of development of students in different learning stages, and the ideological and moral formation, practical and levels to division of labor and the link, to ensure that each stage of the work of moral education levels, progressive and differences, make the moral education for students cultivation of uninterrupted.In this paper, comb and interpretation of the Kolberg's theory of moral development, based on the cognitive development theory as the starting point, to reveal the moral cognitive development is the core of moral development, cognitive development theory, the characteristics of the school in the development of individual morality and moral development logic and social factors, demonstrates the basis for middle and primary school moral education lies in the development of students' cognitive logic. Because of the continuity of students moral development logic of cognitive development is the continuity conditions, therefore, middle and primary school moral education possible. Kolberg's "three levels of six stages of moral development model clearly shows that the individuals in each age stage can reach the level of moral development thought contained in the theory of moral education objectives, content, methods of moral education and moral education, and pointed out the direction for the practice of joining our school moral education.In this paper, based on the theory of Kolberg's moral development, further discussion and analysis of the related content of middle and primary school moral education. The object of moral education of the primary and middle school moral education is the premise of learning school and primary school; moral education is the analysis of students' Moral Situation and moral education; primary school is to promotethe development of students' morality and moral education of the primary school; the key is to clarify the relationship between the moral education in primary and secondary schools.This paper demonstrates the cohesion and moral practice path to Kolberg's moral development theory as the theoretical support. The moral education in middle and primary school, the interface should adhere to the "children's value orientation of moral philosopher", scientific setting the curriculum; students' moral level and stage of diagnosis, timely solve the problems left over from the moral development; to promote logic of cognitive development, providing "role-playing opportunity" to improve student moral judgment structure; equipped with professional counseling agencies, to play the role of collective on the moral development of students.
