The State Sports General Administration in " 2011-2020 years Olympic Glorious Program" was pointed out that it's necessary to strengthen management of coaches,to develop and implement of coaches registration controls,as well as to regulate those areas relevant to this,such as appointment,selection,training,assessment,etc.Meanwhile,in the State Sports General Administration ‘measures for cultivation plan of elite coaches' it was also highlighted that,those coaches who at amateur sports school should emphasized the importance of overall development of comprehensive quality of athletes,especially in the athlete culture education and retirement security work,and implement the relevant policies and requirements.However,how to supervise completing of related tasks and assessment was a complex management problem.According to the current understanding of some amateur sports schools was to reference the assessment methods of teachers to access these coaches,but the effect is not ideal.This study,Ningbo secondary junior amateur physical school as an example,aimed to identity the current coach assessment mechanism,and to understand management personnel the coaches coaches' opinions or suggestions,through a questionnaire survey,field visits and face-to-face interviews.According to the actual situation and demand,this research was to improve the evaluation index,and get a preliminary study on a set of relatively complete,highly specific approach to assessment methods.The current assessment methods were mainly based on competition results,while neglecting of students' daily management,education on compulsory courses,and improvement of coach self skills,nevertheless all this methods are evaluated by the school middle-level leadership.Aiming at these problems,this study based on the field investigation and reference the domestic related research data,to develop a new assessment method,which was divided into threre first level indicators,seven second level indexes and 28 third Level indexes,and using of SPSS software on the questionnaire statistics and weighting coefficient of variation method,then calculating each index,and last to quantify the weight of index.The new assessment system aimed to help schools could balance the weight on competition results,at the same time,to attach great importance to other aspects,which were athletes' course learning,raising coaches' self research skills andhumanistic quality,and on the coach evaluation beaome more comprehensive and integrated.
