Cooperation-Exploration teaching method refers to the method which the students finally draw a conclusion through team-work,under the teacher's guidance and collaboration.Specifically speaking,a student is supposed to explore problems independently,to cooperate,analyze and discuss with team members in order to solve the problems beyond his capability.It's a new model of teaching.Compared with the traditional teaching method,cooperation-exploration method is more apt to arouse the students' enthusiasm,motivate the students' passion,develop the students' ability of cooperation and exploration.This paper effectively combines cooperation-exploration teaching method with college basketball selective course.It probes into the former's influence on the latter,so as to provide some reference for the use of cooperation-exploration teaching method in college physical education curriculum.This study mainly focuses on the influence of cooperation-exploration teaching method on college basketball selective course.Adopting the methods of literature material law,questionnaire survey,expert interview,experimental teaching and mathematical statistics,this study analyzes the related content.Two classes in Ningbo University are randomly chosen as the object of study.Each class has 32 students(16 boys and 16 girls)who have basketball selective course.As for the two classes,one is the experimental class,the other is the control class.Prior to the experiment,students in the two classes are tested and their basic body shape,physical fitness,basketball skills and psychology are analyzed.By doing so,we can understand whether the two classes are different and the experimental conditions are sufficient,so as to guarantee the effectiveness of the experiment.Each class has one-semester experimental teaching,physical fitness,basketball skills and psychological quality of the students are assessed.The experimental class adopts the cooperation-exploration teaching method and the control class adopts the traditional teaching method.Both of them have the same courses and lesson plans.So,the experimental data are counted,compared and analyzed,which confirms the influence of cooperation-exploration teaching method on college basketball selective course.In the end,this study has come to the following conclusions:(1)Prior to the experiment,body shape,physical fitness,basketball skills and psychological quality of the students in the two classes are tested.According to the test result,there's no significant difference between the two classes.(2)After one-semester teaching experiment,students in the experimental class are much better than those in the control class,when it comes to the basic basketball skills.Exactly speaking,students in the experimental class are better at shooting and driving lay-up.(3)Students from the experimental class have obvious improvement in motivation,interest and attitude of learning.(4)The cooperation-exploration teaching method can stimulate the students' ability of thinking and analyzing,provide the foundation for the students' collaboration.This method is beneficial to the improvement of the whole class' s cohesiveness.(5)Through the heterogeneous group teaching(subordinate to the cooperation-exploration teaching method),the diversity of teaching objectives can be realized.Finally,it's helpful for the teachers to achieve the teaching objectives.
