Legalization Of Euthanasia And Its Implementation

Since the emergence of euthanasia,people have been in a heated discussion.People in countries,regions and fields all over the world have different views on whether euthanasia should be legalized.In the past,the legalization of euthanasia was not feasible due to the limitation of medical conditions and social ethical emotion.However,many countries already have the precondition of realizing euthanasia legalization,and the necessity and feasibility of euthanasia are becoming more and more obvious,so euthanasia has been legalized and put into practice in more and more countries.However,our country is still cautious about whether euthanasia should be legalized.This paper supports the legalization of euthanasia in China,the specific content is divided into the following four chapters.The first chapter is to analyze and explain the concept of euthanasia,through the analysis of the elements of euthanasia,the author gives the concept of euthanasia understanding.Then the author analyzes the main obstacles to legalization of euthanasia in China,including the restraint of traditional concepts,the imbalance of social development,the limitation of ethical emotion and the unclear purpose of euthanasia.Chapter two analyzes the necessity and feasibility of euthanasia legalization in China.The third chapter analyzes the legalization of euthanasia in foreign countries.Then,three representative countries of euthanasia legalization are selected,the legislation and practice of euthanasia legalization are analyzed,and the foreign euthanasia legislation and practice for China are summarized.The revelation of legalization.In the last chapter,on the basis of the above analysis and argumentation,the reasonable suggestions on legalization of euthanasia in China are put forward from the aspects of legislation and practice,so as to promote the legislative and practical process of legalization of euthanasia in China.
