Relationship Angle Of Village Cadres Dilemma Under Study

With the development of social economy,great changes have taken place in Chinese rural society.The hukou system is no longer restricted,urban and rural integration process to speed up,go out the rural population,rural hollowing out phenomenon is serious.Internal appear differentiation of farmers,farmers individualized trend is serious,rural acquaintances "half" common social phenomenon,the relationship between the village cadres and peasants is becoming more and more complicated.Complicated makes the village cadres and masses relationship in rural governance issues when in trouble.This article is from the complicated relationship between government officials and masses of view village cadres in the rural affairs governance facing what masses relationship types,and village cadres under these relationship types appeared which governance dilemma?This study selected A village,so the complex relationship and masses of A typical village,with all the villagers and village cadres as the research object,using the leadership-the relationship of deployment of scale,with emotion,loyalty,contribution,respect(professional)as the dimensions,develop modified into suitable for measuring the relationship between government officials and masses of scale,through the methods of questionnaire and in-depth interview to the masses relationship type and village cadres in village affairs governance governance dilemma of the reality of the data collection analysis.Research shows that the relationship between the village cadres and peasants presents a positive,such as equality,negative three relationship types.The three relationship types of behavior are cooperation,alienation and resistance.The farmer and village cadres is alienation and resistance is predominant in the village.This part of the emotional ties of the village cadres and peasants recede,their ability to pay more attention to village cadres management of village affairs.Faces three kinds of complex relationship between government officials and masses,cadres in village affairs governance has met many difficulties,such as part of the farmers do not participate in country affairs,do not believe that does not recognise the village cadres,don't support the work of village cadres,appear even farmers resist village cadres work events,such as a series of problems that led to a rural village cadres governance affairs cannot proceed,brings to the rural village cadres work very big problem,make rural work cannot proceed,village cadres management in trouble.
