Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has intensified its efforts to build a clean government and combat corruption,and has put forward higher requirements for discipline inspection organs and their staffs at all levels.The County-level discipline inspection organs of the staffs faced the broad masses,and they were at the front line of building a clean government and anti-corruption struggle,besides,comprehensive strict rule of the party continued to extend to the grassroots level,but also inseparable from the county-level discipline inspection staff's active participation.The County-level discipline inspection organs in three north cities of Dalian(Wangfangdian city,Pulandian district and Zhuanghe city)took on more than 40% of the number of letters and calls and more than 30% of the number of cases in violation of laws and discipline.But the remarkable achievements have also brought unprecedented changes and occupational pressures to the discipline inspection staffs at the county level in three north cities of Dalian.On the basis of the actual work of the author,this paper investigates the current situation of job burnout of the staffs at the county level in three north cities of Dalian by delivering questionnaires.Through the SPSS 22.0 statistical software,factor analysis,independent sample T test and single factor ANOVA test and other ways were used to analyze the results of the survey to find out the outstanding problems of job burnout performance of the county level staff of three north cities in Dalian.After analysis,we found that the discipline inspection staffs at the county level in three north cities of Dalian have a clear sense of job burnout,especially in "significant emotional exhaustion ","lack of enthusiasm" and "lack of competence for their job",besides,the heavy workload,the relatively imperfect incentive system and the need to further improve the training system are also important factors in causing job burnout.Combined with the actual work,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to reduce the job burnout of the discipline inspection staffs at the county level in three north cities of Dalian,which is started from the aspects of optimize the stress management mode,improving the incentive system and perfecting the training mechanism and etc.
