| The thought of the youth’s growing up is the theoretical reference and the following for the development of youth policy and youth work.One century since the founding of the communist party of China,it has always placed youth’s growing up as an important position in the development of the party and the country.It is believed that youth is the eternal vitality source for the cause of the party and the people.This paper tries to summarize the development of the thought of the youth’s growing up since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.This essay includes five chapters: the first chapter is introductional part,including the research purpose,significance,research status,content and method,summarizes insufficiency of the existing researches,proposes innovation points of this paper,and defines the concept of youth from the perspective of multi-disciplinary;The second chapter introduces thetheoretical origin of the formation and development of the thought of the youth’s growing up since the founding of the People ’ s Republic of China,and expounds the direct theoretical overview of the young adult ’ s thinking.Secondly,discusses Lenin ’ s thought about young adult,and expounds the Chinese communist party’s research on the idea of young adults before the founding of the People’s Republic of China.The third chapter summarizes the youth’s social values and roles in different historical periods,youth’s education and straining,youth cadres selection by using party’s reference and young talent thought in different period as the background.The fourth chapter uses comparative study on the thought of the youth’s growing up of the Chinese communist party since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.The fifth chapter summarizes the realistic thinking on the thought of the youth’s growing up since the founding of the communist party,including the knowledge to enrich and expand the thought of the youth’s growing up,provide references for selecting young cadres,provides theoretical guidance for the youth ’ s growing up by organic combination the“Chinese dream”and“youth dream”,provides powerful guidance and the practical values for the contemporary youth talents practice and youth work. |
