| The medical and health cause is an important part of the work of the Communist Party of China.In the period of the liberation war,the Chinese medicine is the main force of the Taihang revolutionary base area,and the transformation of traditional Chinese medicine has become a major measure to promote the development of medical and health in the base areas.At present,the research of Chinese medicine in the academic circle mainly focuses on the two aspects of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Few articles have made a systematic and concrete exploration of how to transform the traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,studying this problem has great value for enriching the social history of the base area.In this paper,the war of liberation in Taihang revolutionary base of themedical and health research scope,according to the traditional Chinese medicine as the research object,with rich historical data as the basis,on how to transform the traditional Chinese medicine are discussed in detail.This thesis consists of five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction describes the origin,the significance,the domestic latest research innovation dynamic,research contents and research methods,points.The main part of the thesis,the next step is first introduced in the second chapter,1946-1949 years Chinese transformation background in Taihang revolutionary base,including the time according to the general situation of health and the reasons for the transformation of the traditional Chinese medicine.Secondly,the third chapter mainly discusses the improvement measures according to the traditional Chinese medicine,is divided into five aspects:Aspect one: The establishment of medical institution cooperation organization.Through the establishment of medical research and Medical Cooperatives and other private medical organizations,combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine,the practice of traditional Chinese medicine to "disperse individual collective";Aspect two :Learning western scientific medical thoughts.Through the study of Western medicine and pathology,from western medicine in the treatment of the disinfection measures,so that the traditional Chinese medicine and gradually establish a scientific concept of health;Aspect three: Formulate specific rules and regulations.Through a series of medical regulations such as meeting report and a registrationsystem,to strengthen the management of doctor of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment;Aspect four: Apprenticeship training and other measures identified by the review,according to the medical team,to enhance the ability of preventing;Aspect five: The main concern of traditional Chinese medicine put forward "status,income and expenditure" solution to the problem.Then,the fourth chapter mainly describes the evaluation of Chinese medicine 1946-1949 years transformation in Taihang revolutionary base: including Chinese transformation results,and at the same time on the transformation of Chinese characteristics analysis points out the existing problems.Finally,the fifth chapter mainly discusses the 1946-1949 years of Chinese transformation of the historical significance of Taihang revolutionary base,and a brief conclusion.From the perspective of social history,this paper studies the problem of the transformation of traditional Chinese medicine in the Taihang revolutionary base area for 1946-1949 years,deeply embodies the cooperation of Western medicine in the Taihang revolutionary base area,and vividly presents the close interaction between the doctors and the masses,the Department and the doctor,the Office and the masses,thus reconstructing the medical and social conditions in the base areas of the traditional Chinese medicine.The research on it not only promotes the development of the medical and health undertakings in the base areas,but also provides valuable guidance for the development of the medical and health. |
