| College-graduate village officials went deep into the rural grassroots,made outstanding contributions to rural economic development and social progress,and promoted the development of new rural construction in China.There are more or less problems such as the issue of the survival and development.The theoretical basis used in this paper is Hertzberg’s two-factor theory.The analysis was conducted in Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province as an example.The main survey target is the college-graduate village officials in Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province.Through questionnaires and personal interviews,this thesis discovers a series of incentive problems in the daily work of college-graduate village officials and carries out SWOT analysis.For example,the legality crisis,the low wages and benefits,and the difficulty of real integration into rural areas.In terms of motivation factor,the daily work remained unchanged and it was difficult to obtain job recognition.In addition,they have a narrow way out.Followed by analysis of the causes of hygiene factor and incentives,for example,from the aspect of hygiene factor,the system of national policies and laws and regulations is not perfect,the security system is not perfect,and the publicity and guidance of the college-graduate village officials are not enough;There are effective channels for realizing their own value,lack of a reasonable and effective performance reward,punishment and assessment system,and lack of systematic planning for personal growth and development.Finally,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the incentive mechanism for college-graduate village officials.For example,from the aspect of hygiene factor,the legalization of college-graduate village officials’ roles,the improvement of the security system,and the promotion of publicity and guidance are emphasized.In terms of motivation factor,training is strengthened,performance assessment is improved,and promotion is perfected.The establishment of entrepreneurial enrichment platform and so on.It is hoped that this study can provide a new perspective for the research on the motivation of college-graduate village officials,and continuously promote the scientific and stability of the college-graduate village officials team. |
