Research On The Development Dilemma And Reform Countermeasures Of The Communist Youth League In Jiangxia District

The Communist Youth League has played an important role in the different historical periods of China's revolution,construction and development.Since the Reform and Opening-up,with the profound changes of social structure and the changing of the youth groups,the Communist Youth League,especially the grass-roots organizations are facing major challenges.This paper takes the Communist Youth League in Jiangxia District as the research object and made a careful investigation on its organizational structure,cadres,work objects,work content,innovation and exploration,also other aspects.Influenced by the social transformation and the diversified development,the loss of the internal vitality of the Communist Youth League and being marginalized within the political system,as the representative of the county and the following organizations at the grass-roots level,the Jiangxia Communist Youth League is facing the dilemma of development,such as weakening of the traditional advantages,becoming rigid of the organization operation and becoming void of the organization functions.On the other hand,under the pressure of self-reform comes from CPC,the reform and exploration of The Communist Youth League Central Committee,Shanghai Communist Youth League and Chongqing Communist Youth League provides useful experiences for other areas,the Jiangxia Communist Youth League is also facing the development opportunities and favorable external environment for reform.For the development of the Jiangxia Communist Youth League,this paper puts forward three aspects of the reform measures.First,optimize the organization and operation mechanism.Namely,set reasonable and effective work goal,give full play to the role of the Committee and other procedures of decision-making mechanism,innovate the management of group cadres.Second,change youth work style.Namely,establish a flexible organizational coverage system,construct the convenient interactive service channels,to achieve quality service product supply.Third,explore the way of social development.Namely,establish a social mobilization system,build a social development team andimprove social mobilization capacity.
