Research On The Construction And Application Of The E-government System In Hunan Province

The party's eighteen reports deeply recognize the importance of information construction,clearly proposed to increase the intensity of information construction,promote the integration of information technology and Industry.At the same time,in the "12th Five-Year" plan,China explicitly proposed to vigorously promote the construction of the national e-government.So,e-government bears the important mission of reforming the government system,reinventing the government image and building the government informatization,its not only is the government administrative means innovation,but also has entrusted with the important reform task,its importance is self-evident.However,the electronic government cannot play its role in the inevitable reform without the application of e-government system support,the answer of how to build the proper and effective application of e-government systems to support the development of E-government has important significance.This paper took the e-government system of Hunan Province as the research object,using the theory of new public service and service-oriented government,using the methods of field investigation?literature research?comparative analysis and quantitative analysis,studied the e-government system of Hunan province.First,the author visited the e-government development center of Hunan province and obtained the related data,and the construction and application of the system were analyzed by using the collected data.Secondly,the government,the public,the social environment and the problems of the system were analyzed from four aspects of the system itself.Then,it summarized the factors that affected the e-government system construction and application level,and used the SPSS statistical analysis tools to do the correlation research.Finally,combined with the theme of “Internet plus”,put forward the development countermeasures of e-government system from four aspects of system,government,public and social environment:First is using the "Internet plus",to promote the system upgrade;Second is to reform the government itself,to meet the needs of the times;Third is to improve the quality of citizens,to cultivate modern citizens;Fourth is to optimize the social environment and ensure system operation.
