The government management reform is a phenomenon that the government must face,a necessary condition for responding to the ever-changing social development,and a continuous process.With the rapid development of China’s economy and culture,as well as the comprehensive deepening of reforms,especially the globalization,marketization,informatization,and the arrival of the “Internet+” era in the world,China’s government management has also seen its insufficiency.With all-round and rapid development of all sectors of society,only by making changes can we keep pace with the times in order to better adapt to the development of the times.As a product of the new era,the Internet+government affairs has caused tremendous repercussions in the “Internet+” era and brought about tremendous changes in people’s lives.The e-government created by the Internet+Government Administration has improved the government’s management level,strengthened public government supervision,improved administrative efficiency,standardized government behavior,and greatly improved the government’s service quality and service level.It is also a concept of government management,government functions,government decisions,and organizational structure have had a positive impact and role,more powerfully promote the innovation of government management methods,promote government reform,and improve the government’s management level.At present,the government has the most extensive social resources.The implementation of e-government is not only the need for social development.It also promotes the government to implement reforms,and also greatly improves the government’s management efficiency and service level.It is an inevitable choice in the “Internet+” era.The purpose of this article is to analyze the opportunities and challenges brought by the “Internet+” era to our country’s government management reforms,and to make full use of the opportunities brought about by the “Internet+” era to transform the government’s management,bringing about the “Internet+” era at the same time.The challenges are to respond positively to reduce unnecessary losses.On the basis of analysis of opportunities and challenges,the corresponding government reforms and tactics are proposed in order to have a certain guiding significance for China’s government management reforms,and to promote government management reform.This paper starts with the basic theory of government management reform and the status quo of the reform,and proposes the necessity of government management reform in response to the problems existing in the current government management inChina.Then,we analyzed the impact of the “Internet+” era on government management reforms.First,the opportunities brought by the “Internet+” era to government management reforms,namely “Internet+” has established a fair and democratic platform for the transformation of government roles.“The Internet+” has made government management more scientific and efficient,and “Internet+” has accelerated the adjustment of government organizations.The second is the challenges brought by the “Internet+” era to the reform of government management.They are the challenges to the improvement of government service levels,the challenges to the reform of government management methods,and the challenges to the adjustment of government organizations.In accordance with the opportunities and challenges brought about by the change of government management in the “Internet+” era,the corresponding government management reforms are proposed.One is to build a service-oriented government through “Internet+”,the other is to adapt to the development of “Internet+”,and to promote the transition of government management to a scientific and efficient way.Third is to promote the transition to a flattened government structure through “Internet+”.And in the end,we made a summary of the changes in government management in the “Internet+” era.
