A Study On The Construction Of Cooperative Supply Model Of Long-Term Care For Rural Disability In The Perspective Of Welfare

The problem of long-term care for the disabled elderly in rural areas has always been the key and difficult point to solve the problem of providing for the aged in rural areas.With the gradual development of socialized aging,the long-term care of disabled elders in our country gradually formed a diversified supply system of elders with the support of home-based care,community-based care and institutional care.This system is gradually being implemented in rural areas as well Implementation,showing differences in different regions.Due to the accelerating process of urbanization and the weakening of family care ability,the long-term care of the disabled elderly in rural areas has become the biggest challenge.Whether the long-term care supply for multiple subjects can meet the long-term care needs of rural disabled elderly and how to improve the disabled elderly in rural areas Long-term care provider system is a topic worth exploring.This article takes L town in Shanghai as an example and conducts a field research on the long-term care of disabled elders in rural areas by means of literature review,participatory observation and case interview.The author makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the elderly in need in the supply of the disabled and disabled in rural areas and finds that the long-term care of disabled elderly services reduce the pressure of family care to a certain extent and alleviate the physical and psychological burden of disabled elderly,but there are still many problems.There are bottlenecks in the operation mechanism,the main supply and the supply of services.The bottleneck of the production mechanism,the inefficiency of the production mechanism,the obstruction of the main division of labor and the responsibility of care,the difficulty in the effective integration of services and other difficulties make the long-term care of the disabled elderly in rural areas more diversified Demand is difficult to be effectively satisfied.Based on welfare multiple theory and combined with the concept of synergy,this paper puts forward the construction of long-term care cooperative supply mechanism for disabled elders in rural areas and the efficient operation of long-term care supply mechanism for disabled elders in rural areas from four aspects of system coordination,main body coordination,service coordination and information coordination.So as to further improve the long-term care and supply system for the elderly with disabilities in rural areas and meet the diversified needs of disabled elderly people in rural areas.
