Research On Ideological And Political Education Of Urban Management Personnel Under The Background Of Harmonious Society

Since the establishment of urban management institutions in China,on behalf of the government to exercise urban management functions,it has played an indispensable role in the maintenance of urban order and made a certain contribution to the healthy and orderly operation of the city.But with the rapid development of the city,the scale of the city is expanding,and the functions of the urban management have been further increased,and the workload has increased significantly.The overall quality of the city management team and the way of law enforcement have not adapted to the changing urban social environment.Some social conflicts caused by the law enforcement of urban management have affected the stable development of the society and influence the construction of a harmonious society.Ideological and political education is a prerequisite for all areas to do any work well,and the field of urban management is no exception.This paper makes a preliminary inquiry into how to strengthen the ideological and political education work in the field of urban management,improve the quality of the personnel,and then improve the way of law enforcement,and realize a harmonious society to build a harmonious society.This article is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the background,purpose,significance and research status of the thesis.The second part expounds the related theories of harmonious society,city management and ideological and political education,and discusses the feasibility and necessity of applying ideological and political education to the law enforcement process of urban management.The third part points out the existing problems in the ideological and political education of urban management,mainly as follows: the poor self-learning ability of urban management personnel,the wide coverage of urban management personnel,insufficient depth of education content,lack of pertinence,single education methods and little strength.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in urban management and ideological and political education.The main reasons are the lack of attention to the ideological education of urban management personnel,low professional identity,uneven quality,backward law enforcement concepts,weak concept of legal system,lack of trainingteachers in Ideological and political education and lack of supervision mechanism for learning.The fifth part describes how to strengthen the ideological and political education and improve the way of urban management and law enforcement.The main measures are:strengthening the education of the city management team,improving the overall quality of the city management,establishing the differential education mechanism,improving the education pertinence,establishing an integrated study examination mechanism of urban management,ensuring the normalization of Ideological and political education,innovating the way of Ideological and political education,widening the educational channels,creating a good atmosphere of public opinion,and thinking and political affairs.The treatment of education provides a good environment.
