Study On Supply Side Reform Of Urban Community Elderly Care

China is entering an in-depth aging society.It is of great significance to improve the multi-level and multi-demand elderly care service system based on community development.However,for a long time,the non-openness of the community pension market has contributed to a lack of competitiveness in the pension service market,low service quality,and the problems that service supply cannot meet service needs.Therefore,the reform of the supply side of the community care service industry has become the top priority of China's urban pension service reform.The thesis first discusses the development status of the practice and exploration of urban community aged care services in China,expounds on the bottleneck of the development of community aged care services,and the necessity of community pension provisioning reform,and then analyzes the current problems in the urban community care service industry in China,taking the elderly over 60 in the three communities in Xinzhou district,Wuhan city as the target population of the survey.Using the experience of serving the aged in the community in Britain,the United States,and Japan for reference,the author proposes some countermeasures for improving supply-side reforms in China's urban community-based care for the aged and makes suggestions for actively responding to the growing problems of aging.
