extend of domestic income gap and continuous extend of urban-rural income and more and more distinct of urban-rural dual structure.Comparing modern developed industrial city with traditional unenlightened rural areas,we can find that in every respects including education communication pension and employment there’s a gap which reflects larger and larger trend between urban area and rural
