| Nowadays,with the frequent occurrence of campus bullying and school violence,more attention has been paid to the area of juvenile delinquency.The research on juvenile delinquency in our country was born out of the previous research on juvenile delinquency,and the specialized research on juvenile delinquency started late.In judicial practice,China has always advocated the idea of ??protecting minors who commit crimes.Nowadays,there are many researches on academia in juvenile delinquency,and under the concept of juvenile delinquency,which insists on“education-based,punishment-assisted” and the continuous implementation of the“miniature arrest,cautious arrest” criminal policy,Significant achievements have been made in the procedure for the arrest of minors.In recent years,with the development of society and economy and the diversification of social life,young people involved in crimes have undergone new changes in the way they commit crimes.Under the background of the new era,juvenile delinquency has witnessed a young age and gangs.Changes in the situation,social left-behind children,and the increasing number of off-site minors have brought new challenges to the work of judicial staff.It also made it difficult to reduce the arrest rate of juvenile delinquency,so the arrest rate of juvenile criminal suspects in some even large logarithmic regions is still high.Minors have special psychological and physiological characteristics,in order to better protect the legal rights of minors and help them grow better.The author found through empirical investigation that in the judicial practice,the rate of arrest and detention for the minors involved in crimes remains high,the rate of arrests for minors involved in crimes in different locations,and the rate of application for alternative measures such as bail pending surveillance and residence are higher.Problems in the lower-level series were further analyzed and the right medicines were prescribed to improve the arrest of juvenile delinquency. |
