Research On The Standardization Of Enterprise Registration Service

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the central government has vigorously promoted the "public entrepreneurship and public innovation" and successively introduced a series of documents and policies to promote the vitality of the market economy,among which the core part should be the commercial affair system reform policy.As stressed by Premier Li Keqiang that,to deepen the streamline administration and institute decentralization,the combination of decentralization and management and optimize service reform are strategic initiativesto promote the sustained and healthy economic and social development.With the central concern and strongly recommendation,there have emerged a large number of studies on the commercial affair system reform and the service-oriented government construction,however,most of these studies focus on the exploration of the system completion and macrodirection,and research on the grassroots and practice is relatively scarce.The implementation of the commercial affair system reformis at the grassroots level,so as the implementation of thedecentralization and management,therefore,research on the grass-roots commercial registration service is worthy of the considerable attention.The business registration service at the grass-roots level directly faces the masses,and directly reflects the administrative efficiency of the government and the local business environment.The registration work of grass-roots enterprises is very stressful,and all kinds of problems are prominent,such as heavy workload,lack of manpower,unreasonable workflow settings,lack of administration according to law and so on.On the basis of theoretical research,and taking the registration of enterprises in Jiyang County as an example,this paper tries to find out the shortcomings and crux of enterprise registration service on the basis of the research at home and abroad,with applying the methods of literature research,questionnaire research and empirical research.And then this paper tries to carry out the targeted analysis and research,such as strengthening the consciousness of service and tenet,standardizing the working process reasonably,straightening out the registration system,and trengthening the work connection and cooperation of the Department,thus to propose solutions to these problems,optimize the business registration process,and improve the service standardization and normalized level.It can enhance the administrative efficiency,and improve the satisfaction degree of the masses,so as to better contribute to the enterprise development and local economic construction,and provide reference to the development of enterprise registration work.
