Legal system of enterprise registration is an important system in commercial law, its main purpose is to display registration information of enterprise, then to defend trade safety, promote trade efficiency and promote the reputation of enterprise. The current legal system of enterprise registration in our country is established gradually under the planned economy system. With the development of reform and open and market economy, it exposes more and more problems, and it can't adapt to the demand of commercial modernizing and internationalization. Therefore, it has become the strong need of the ages under the rule of law to reform legal system of enterprise registration.In our country, academic circles haven't formed integral system about research on the theory of legal system of enterprise registration, there are not many systematic research and relevant comments on theory.
