Trends And Comparisons In Registration Of Divorces In The Provinces In China

With the development of economy and the deepening of opening to the outside world,the Chinese traditional ideology has been greatly impacted and the divorce rate is high.In this paper,the divorce processing data of 2000-2015 "China Civil Affairs Statistics Yearbook"were analyzed.In the aspect of trend change,the paper makes a descriptive statistic analysis of the divorce status by using line chart and columnar stacking chart,and uses regression to analyze quantitatively.The study found that the number of divorces in China has increased with time and increased greatly.The number of divorces in Civil Administration accounts for the increasing proportion of total divorce.Compared to the divorce in court,residents tend to divorce in civil affairs.There has been an increasing increase in the number of divorces in civil affairs over time,but the growth rate is small.In the case of divorce of civil affairs,the proportion of mainland residents handling the total amount of divorce in civil affairs is decreasing.The number of divorces handled by mainland residents and the number of foreign divorces are increasing,but the growth rate is small.The number of divorces in court departments has increased over time,but the growth rate has been modest.Divorce in the court department in the case of divorce proceedings in the court,the number of divorces accounted for the total number of divorces in the court has been reduced.Residents are more inclined to mediate divorce even if they divorce in court.The number of conciliation divorces is increasing,and the increase is small.The number of divorces has been reduced,but the rate of reduction is also small.By using logistic regression and Poisson regression to establish regression equations in different regions,and to analyze the population,economic development and rural population of China,the author finds out the differences and summarizes the regional similarities.Finally found that the civil administration of divorce accounted for the proportion of the total number of divorces,the number of divorces accounted for the total amount of divorce in the court,the number of people in the mainland to handle divorce accounted for the total amount of civil affairs,there is no obvious regional characteristics.The number of divorces in civil affairs and the number of divorces in the courts two indicators,Tibet,Qinghai,Hainan,Ningxia,the number of divorces in these four areas is relatively small,on the one hand,and the population of these areas is relatively small,on the other hand,the local minority population,marriage concept is more conservative.As a result,the number of divorces and the number of divorces in the courts are relatively small.The number of divorces in civil affairs and the number of divorces in the courts have more population,migrant workers more characteristics,long-term separation is easy to cause the relationship between husband and wife,among them,although the economy of Jiangsu Province is more developed,but the local workers more,so the number of divorces and the court to deal with a large number of divorces.The number of foreign-related divorces is related to the situation of population and foreign exchange,and the number of non-landlocked areas is less than that of the population,and the inland area is less than the international exchange.The court ruled that the number of divorces was larger,and there were more people out of the country.The court ruled that the number of divorces was smaller,with fewer people and more ethnic groups.
