As a significant component of national agency,national institutions'development is obviously lagging behind compared to economy and social life.Some of the national institutions are rigescent whose fuction and role are unclearly defined,and are not clearly distinguished from the government and enterprise.Many factors affect the healthy development of public institutions,the problem is in urgent need to be resolved through the classification reform.At the same time,the institutions involved in a wide range of areas,gathered in talents from all walks of life,is an important area to enhance China's comprehensive national strength.In order to improve economic growth and promote social progress,the establishment of a talent staff group who has excellent quality,and meet the need of public service,is of great significance.Considering of that,common recruitment examination is an inevitable choice to deepen the reform of the personnel system of public institutions.So it's an important subject to analyze the current situation and troubles in recruit examination system of public institutions,and propose the improvement method and the countermeasure.Firstly,the meaning and main ideas,reform contents and difficulties of the reform of institutions are introduced,summed up the new requirements on recruitment examination from classification reforming institutions.Secondly,analyses the current situation of China's common recruitment examination of national institutions,including the developing process of institutions and theoretical basis?the current achievements and problems,then the analysis takes the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example.By referring to the advanced experience of other provinces and cities,The concept of improvement in common recruitment examination of national institutions has been pulled forward,considering factors such as examination system perfecting,technical support innovation,the construction strengthen of several aspects.At last,countermeasures and suggestions are made on perfecting common recruitment examination system basing on the problems in the current situation.
