Research On The Optimization Of Township Governance Paradigm From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance Theory

The township governance modernization,as an important task in the process of the modernization of national governance,has everything to do with regional stability,development and improvement of people's living standard.Under the current township governance paradigm,the government as the sole subject of governance is unable to satisfy people's demand in culture and life in a diversified society.Therefore,optimizing the township governance is imminent.Collaborative governance theory advocates"collaborative governance thinking",echoing the social trend featuring interest differentiation and diversification,and proposes an optimized way of multi-subject governance and multi-department collaboration in township governance.This paper,based on the understanding of control principle and the theory of cooperative governance"self-organization" principle,analyzes the applicability of cooperative governance theory and township governance paradigm optimization as well as the practice and exploration of the optimization of the Township Governance Paradigm,and summarizes the achievements and problems in such paradigm.On the basis of above analysis,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the perspective of the government,social organizations and citizens,and finally uses the governance theory of "shared governance"to explore the way to solve the problem.
