Research On Humanistic Value-oriented Prison Management Model

It is known that humanistic spirit and value are the worldwide trend.As a socialist country adhering to the principle of people orientation,we should vigorously initiate humanistic spirit and persue the achievement of humanistic value.Therefore,reconstruction of the humanistic spirit and value has become our top priority.Owing to the fact that prison policemen are the main part of the construction of modern prison management and prison culture,it is particularly important to enhance construction of their humanistic culture and stick to humanistic value for the task of our socialist construction,especially cultural construction.Prison policemen include civil servants of all levels from management departments,prisons and juvenile offender institutions as well as researchers and teaching staffs of all kinds of scientific research and education institutions,all of whom are engaged in prison management,execution and reform of criminals.All these people are the important power of the national criminal enforcement.As a result,prison policemen share some common characteristics of the people’s police while they also show some special characteristics in themselves,such as professional particularity,multiple roles,complex targets and overloaded labor intensity.In view of this,this paper focuses on those prison policemen engaged in the grass-roots work and directly supervising prisoners.Based on the theory of Marx on the free and comprehensive development of people,the author carries out the related survey,elaborating the necessity of the humanistic value-oriented prison policemenmanagement model and solutions to the deviated behaviors of humanistic management in current management model.
