Because of the implementation of specific policies,grass-roots civil servants have received more and more attention from the state in recent years.At the same time,the state has been devoting considerable energy to the management of grass-roots civil servants.But with little success,grassroots civil servants are still losing ground.In recent years our country continuously to strengthen the construction of civil service system,promote the reform of civil service system,but because of the limitation of system and relevant factors that led to the current grass-roots civil service system reform has achieved little,still exists the phenomenon of brain drain is more serious.With the deepening of reform,the implementation and implementation of the policy relies more on grassroots civil servants,and grassroots civil servants will shoulder more responsibilities and missions than in the past.The loss of civil servants at the grass-roots level,not only leads to the basic unit government administrative efficiency is low,can lead to civil servants more unbalanced structure,the increase of grass-roots government recruitment and development costs,even damage the government reputation.Therefore,the stability of the grass-roots civil service is not only related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,but also to the stability of the Chinese government.Through the study,we found that there are many factors influencing the departure tendency of civil servants,such as external environment,occupational characteristics,workplace relations and psychological changes of employees.in combination with the practical situation of grass-roots civil servants work,with the method of questionnaire,168 grass-roots work of civil servants in YG county as the research object,in view of the job satisfaction,career marginalized,investigate the turnover intention.Through relevant questionnaire,data analysis,the paper mainly solves the problems of the following three aspects: first,YG county civil servants at the grass-roots level of job satisfaction,the job satisfaction is mainly affected by what way.Secondly,what is the status of the marginalization of the grass-roots civil servants in YG county,and the main reasons for the marginalization of the workplace.Third,the current situation of the resignation of the grassroots civil servants in YG county,which causes the factors influencing the departure of civil servants.Fourth,there is a significant correlation between the job satisfaction,the marginalization of the workplace in YG county and the tendency of resignation,and the correlation coefficient.Based on the above research results,combined with the author's own experience and the particularity of grass-roots civil servants work,this article on how to improve the job satisfaction of civil servants at the grass-roots level,to reduce the workplace marginalized,thus effectively prevent loss of grass-roots civil servants recommendations are as follows: a,promote grass-roots civil servants' wages material benefits;2.Establish a fair basic civil service promotion mechanism;3.Improve the pertinence and effectiveness of training in the near step;4.Establish a perfect reward and punishment system;5.Establish a long-term common growth mechanism;Build a good working environment.
