Study On Risk Management Of Project Implementation In Nanning Urban Grid Management

With the continuous improvement of city life and management requirements,digital city management is one of the effective means of city management in the information age,and has been widely used and made great progress.In 2014,nanning launched the urban grid management project and introduced the grid management into the digital urban management platform.Paper combined with the practice and experience of urban grid management project implementation,from the analysis of urban grid management technology and basic elements of the carrier,using the brainstorming method,brainstorming,Delphi method and risk matrix analysis method and quantitative methods,such as using bones chart analysis tools,to analyze and identify potential risk factors of project implementation,political risk,legal risk and so on six big kinds 30 other potential risk factors,and to identify the potential risk factors of evaluation,consensus don’t make two high-grade,seven higher level,general level of 16,5 low risk level.Overall,the project risk occurs mainly in the urban grid management technology system business application stage,after completion of the project construction and implementation of less risk,and,through the deployment and application of technology system,can produce positive social benefits.Aiming at the potential key risk of six aspects of project implementation,the paper sets out specific control measures.At the same time,it puts forward the organization and measures to strengthen project operation and maintenance,strengthen security control and establish standard system.Further clarify the controls,enhance the level of risk control and ensure the project to the normal and orderly,also for the future of digital urban management,and provides reference for similar project construction risk response.
