The Causes And The Countermeasure Analysis Of The Traffic Police Law Enforcement Rights Infringement

In recent years,assaulting police has been appearing more frequently on television,newspaper as well as on the internet.The infringement of the rights and interests of the traffic police in law-enforcement,which frequently happened in recent years,has became a serious social problem already.The study aimed to investigate how to turn these situations around,taking some effective measures to enhance deterrence to the traffic police law enforcement rights violations.In this study,based on the research results abroad,the conclusion of internal scholars as well as the practical work experience of author,sending questionnaires,the study demonstrated the main causes by case study to analysis.For the questionnaires,a part of that is answered by law enforcement officer,and another is from non-law enforcement officer.As a result,the study summarized the by seven internal causes and eight external causes.Finally,learning from successful experiences of foreign countries,at the social level the study proposes several countermeasures,which involved both law and public security organization,in line with national condition.
