Since 1990,Mongolia has taken action to carry out multidimensional diplomatic relations in line with national interests. The Mongolian foreign policy point of view is to cooperate with the developing countries in the world, including the development of neighboring countries, especially the People's Republic of China and the Russian Federation, which is of paramount importance.According to this policy, treaty on mutual legal assistance in the socialist region has been initiated in 1990 and the establishment of a new treaty with other countries and regions to assist in the establishment of a new treaty in next 20 years.Diplomatic relations with 180 countries now have diplomatic relations,19 countries have judicial assistance treaties, multilateral treaties and conventions up to 200,with more than 3,000 bilateral treaties in other regions, the Mongolia is also 54 departments members as international government.Mongolia was first introduced in 1958,followed by the Treaty on Criminal Judicial Assistance in 1988 with the Federal Republic of the Soviet Union, but with the disintegration of the country, the names of the People's Republic of Mongolia and the Commonwealth of the Soviet Union have become so re-signed in 1999.In cooperation with the People's Republic of China in the context of the Judicial Assistance Treaty signed in 1989.Compared with the Russian Federation signed a criminal justice treaty, with the People's Republic of China signed a criminal justice assistance treaty is relatively solid, that is to say the two sides of the border legal departments to coordinate the settlement of criminal proceedings for help and other help to facilitate. But with the People's Republic of China signed a treaty effective or not vague Coordination of contacts between the two countries will be flawed with the situation is unknown.Summary of these circumstances Mongolia is an integral part of the penalties for criminal justice in the People's Republic of China, and the quality of work related to criminal justice assistance and submission of tasks is to be improved. The international level did not make these demands, pending further improvement. Therefore,it is the main problem in this study to improve the laws and regulations of transnational criminal proceedings within the scope of the criminal justice assistance treaty and to reduce and improve the efficiency of the implementation organs.
