The Research On Ideological And Political Education In Urban Communities

To strengthen the ideological and political education in city community is not only necessary for the consolidation of the power of National City,but also to resolve the contradiction between the city level,strengthen their sense of responsibility,maintain social harmony,promote people's all-round development should move.This paper is based on practical work in the thinking of investigation and literature reference and interview based,present situation,problems,reasons and Countermeasures of China's current ideological and political education of city community,is willing to improve the city community management,and solve the problems under the new situation,and create a harmonious and civilized community,providing beneficial reference to the promotion of social stability.There are three parts in this study,which are divided into the following parts:"the status quo","problem","reason" and "solution".The first chapter of "city community ideological and political education outline" in the analysis of "city community connotation","Ideological and political education connotation" and "city community ideological and political education connotation",understand the meaning of different elements,and expounds the features and contents of Ideological and political education in city community,making it easier to understand the significance of city community the work of Ideological and political education,this part is the theoretical basis of the study.The second chapter of the "necessity" of Ideological and political education in city community from four aspects further confirms the importance of strengthening the ideological and political education in city community,but also enables us to understand the community ideological and political education work is not a simple education,have a higher level of role.The third chapter is the source of the problem,which is the main basis for decision-making.First of all to the Xin'an road street community as an example,the child is father of the man,and from the aspects of Ideological and political education in city community were analyzed,on the basis of summing up the cause of the problem.The fourth chapter is "the principle and the effective way of the ideological and political education of the urban community".
