Research On The Effectiveness Of Ideological And Political Education In Urban Community In Tongliao City Inner Mongolia

The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that it is necessary to comprehensively strengthen the party’s ideological building and strengthen education in ideals and convictions.Ideological and political education in urban communities is an important part of grassroots party building work,and an important starting point for the party’s ideological building and residents’ education in ideals and beliefs.This study takes the ideological and political education of urban communities in Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia as the research object,and aims to explore measures to improve effectiveness.Tongliao is a prefecture-level city located in eastern Inner Mongolia.In recent years,the state and the autonomous region have always paid close attention to the construction and development of Tongliao City,and the National Development and Reform Commission proposed to set up Mengdong Industrial Transfer Demonstration Zones in Tongliao City and Chifeng City,which has brought new choices for the development of Tongliao City.The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region proposed to build the "twin constellations" of Tongliao and Chifeng and build a regional central city,which established a new positioning for the construction and development of urban communities in Tongliao City,and brought new opportunities and broad development space for community ideological and political education.This study explains the relevant concepts of ideological and political education in urban communities,and the work of community ideological and political education has important value and role in the creation of civilized communities,improving the efficiency of grassroots governance,and consolidating the party’s ruling foundation,and at the same time has the characteristics of complex audience groups,equal subject-object relationship,more comprehensive content and more diversified methods.Marx’s theory of comprehensive human development and the theory of needs have provided theoretical guidance and laid a profound theoretical foundation for community ideological and political education.The CPC’s experience in ideological and political education and mass work has provided it with rich experience for reference and reference.The ideological and political education work in urban communities in Tongliao City has achieved positive results in improving the political and cultural quality of residents,increasing residents’ recognition,and strengthening ties between the party and the masses,but standing at a new starting point and embarking on a new journey,due to the lack of work attractiveness,shortcomings in team building,and insufficient security mechanisms,there are still deficiencies in residents’ participation,community staff strength,and supporting guarantees,and these new situations and problems need to be studied and solved urgently.In order to further enhance the effectiveness of the work of ideological and political education in urban communities in Tongliao City,explore ways to improve and enhance the content and methods of community ideological and political education work,strengthen the construction of community ideological and political education teams,and improve the guarantee of community ideological and political education work,so as to enhance the effect of ideological and political education in urban communities in Tongliao City and accelerate the pace of construction of Tongliao City’s modern regional central city.
