Talent is the most important driving force of social and economic development,and plays a decisive role in promoting the development of economy and society.Outside the introduction of talent and local talent is an integral part of local economic and social development.Since the central government in 2008 proposed "thousands of people plan" since the local governments at huge amounts of money to introduce overseas talent,including the introduction of strategic scientists and leading talent to China's innovation and entrepreneurship,breakthrough in economic and social development of key technologies,leading the development of high-tech industries,Discipline construction and development has played a huge role.But this also objectively affected the development of local talent.In 2012,the central authorities also proposed the implementation of "million people plan",aimed at based on local talent development,pay attention to internal "with only","stay".In this context,this paper takes the local talent development of Suzhou city as the research object,through the questionnaire survey,the Suzhou local talent development status,mainly the achievements and the existing problems of the analysis,on the basis of the relevant policy Suggest.The research of this paper is from the following four parts:The first part is related concepts and theoretical basis.This part will define the relevant concepts that appear in this paper,and then describe the relevant theories.The second part is a comprehensive analysis of Suzhou local talent development.Through the questionnaire survey and other methods,the Suzhou local human resources development mechanism of the status quo analysis,combing the achievements and problems.The third part is the analysis of the problems in the development of local human resources in Suzhou.The study found that the relevant problems in the development of local talents in Suzhou were caused by the lagging concept of talent development,the lack of talent job function and the lack of integrated talent strategy.The fourth part is to improve the local talent development in Suzhou City,countermeasures and suggestions.On the basis of the analysis of the development of local talents in Suzhou,this paper puts forward the policy suggestions to improve the development of local talents in Suzhou,based on the relevant experiences at home and abroad and the present situation and characteristics of social and economic.
