| With the intensification of the aging process in China,the problem of aging and the allocation of facilities in the metropolitan area is becoming more and more prominent.There are many cities introduce layout planning of pension service facilities to meet the needs of the elderly pension services.However,most of these projects are based on the scale and forecast scale of the elderly population,and meet the needs of urban elderly residents in the main urban area,but do not provide detailed analysis and planning and design for all kinds of spatial heterogeneous settlements.As a kind of spatial heterogeneous community,the unit community needs to consider the needs of the elderly and the supply of the existing service facilities,and then carry out reasonable facilities and perfect old-age service guarantee.This paper takes the community of Xuzhou City as an example to analyze the satisfaction of the old-age needs of the elderly.It studies the life caring needs of the elderly in the existing unit community,the medical and health needs,the spiritual comfort needs and the respective influencing factors,Basing on the current research about the existing units of community facilities to search for optimal allocation of oldage facilities.First of all,Xuzhou City,the existing community and the aging of the situation were sorted out,and selected three existing industrial and mining units as a practical case of the community,respectively,its location conditions,residential,green environment,road traffic and population aging Status and pension infrastructure of the basic situation were summarized.And the situation of the various needs of the elderly were investigated,classified as life care,health care,spiritual comfort three categories of 25 categories,identified the elderly demand satisfaction level analysis index system.Secondly,through the construction of index structure system model and the empowerment of index system,we calculate the weights of each level index,and score the questionnaire of three existing industrial and mining units in Xuzhou City.Through the analysis of the data,The case community in the elderly needs of the elderly,and on the basis of the total data on the needs of the main body of the regression analysis of the main body of the supply and demand analysis to determine the impact of the pension demand factors.Finally,through the combination of the basic background and the characteristics of the elderly,the quo of the industrial and mining units in Xuzhou City,the establishment of the structural system,the case analysis,Xuzhou City,the existing industrial and residential units in the housing to meet the needs of the pension under the premise of the supporting principle,configuration optimization and service guarantee strategy of the old-age facilities. |
